It’s been quite the humbling year so far so I’m just bloody relieved that I got my ‘art mojo’ back. The geode turned out more realistic than I expected… holographic glitter notwithstanding. 💁‍♀️

I broke a glass lampshade and this is my cheap fix that actually turned out way better than I anticipated.

I made an improvised flower lattice on baking paper then I blasted it with a heat gun and bent it over the broken light shade remains (I’d already filed the sharp edges off). Et voila - an under the sea lamp 🐙🌊💡
